Are Macs Better Computers Than PC Computers?
I’ve had computers for over twenty years of my life now. I couldn’t imagine life without them at this point, and boy have they come a long way.
The days of slow computers that needed disks in order to function are way behind us, and super machines have taken hold of the world for very affordable prices.
I grew up using PCs, and I was extremely comfortable with using Windows-based systems for a very long time. I knew my way around and had a very easy time using all of the software available.
It wasn’t until a bit later that I ended up deciding to give a Mac a chance instead. I had heard about the benefits of using these computers for quite some time.
Some people told me that a Mac does not slow down like a PC does and that there wouldn’t be any virus exposure either. As a result, I would gain a computer that would surely last a lot longer, offsetting the fact that the price I would pay for one is almost doubled.
I made the decision to purchase one because of the recommendations from so many of my friends. When all is said and done, this is what I can relay to you regarding this decision. I am so glad that I chose to do it.
Yes, I do miss my PC, as well as all the important pieces of software that I ran on it; however, I have just discovered the way to alleviate that problem. All you need to do is install a piece of software, such as VMware or Parallels, and then you can do that same thing by yourself.
If you have been looking to get a new computer, try a Mac. It is official – after so many years of using PCs, I am a converted Apple lover. I now have a computer that is healthier and runs so much faster, and, this is a first, the computer is not showing signs of aging after a couple of years.
